How COS Was Born: A Journey from Breakdown to Breakthrough

Years ago, amidst what seemed like the pinnacle of professional success, I experienced a profound personal collapse. My world unraveled—emotionally, physically, spiritually. I found myself in a hospital room after a nervous breakdown, with the structures of business, relationships, and identity around me fractured beyond recognition.

And yet, even in that silence, a voice within whispered: “Find me.” That moment marked the beginning of my inner transformation. I returned to journaling—a passion I had as a child—and began excavating the layers of who I was beneath the roles I played. In that rediscovery, I gave it a name: my Creative Optimum Self — a higher inner intelligence rooted in intuition, clarity, and authentic purpose.

This was the seed of what I would later name: my Creative Optimum Self.

Rediscovering My Internal Framework

As I committed to the healing journey, I started identifying timeless inner qualities that, when embodied, brought me back into balance. These weren’t just traits—they were core anchors that allowed me to realign with my creative essence and live from emotional integrity, not survival.

As I peeled back the noise, I discovered five internal principles that helped me return to my authentic core:

That inquiry led me to identify five keys to delivering successful transformation initiatives:
